1st Sport Related Injury
Today was Carson's second soccer game. He did really good! He got the ball a couple of times, and even scored a goal! For the other team. :) Fortunately at this age, it isn't a big deal.
He was running and got ran into by a team-mate and got a busted up lip (in 3 spots) and a loose tooth! UGH! He calmed down, and we got the mouth cleaned up, but he wasn't into going back into the game. For some reason after half time, he isn't interested in playing any more. We need to work on that! :)
It looks like (from what I have read online) that if it is just a little loose it should tighten back up within one to two weeks. So. That is what we are planning on.
Here they are in their little jersey's running around. They look so cute running in every direction on the field! Priceless.
Hope all is well with you!
Aloha.

Christian Movie
We have been checking out a lot of movies from the library lately. I mean a lot. Kid movies, family movies, chick flicks, Hallmark channel movies...all different kinds.
A couple of weeks ago I checked out To Save a Life. I just watched it today, because I wasn't too sure what it was going to be about. I was very {happily} surprised! It was a good movie, with a good base on what we need to get through life. It was also about doing things for others becasue we care about them, and don't want them to hurt themselves, or be alone.
I recommend you requesting it from your local library! It was great!
You can check out the site HERE to learn more about it.
Let me know what you think, if you watch it!

Gabe is turning 2 this Friday!!! I can't believe that this time 2 years ago I was trying hard (walking up hills, visiting the doctor, oh anddrinking puking up castrol oil. Wow! 2 years!!!
The time change was a real doozy for us. I think this week we are definitely getting back into the swing of things though. Getting to the Y, eating at the "right" time, and bed time are finally at what time they were at before the time changed on us.
Hope your spring and spring break are going well for ya!

A Reminder
This last Sunday we headed to Yreka for church. My sisters step-dad, Guy (and Z's mom Debbie) have started their own little "non-church" church/group. Their heart is to do be the hands and feet of Jesus. There are many songs that talk about that. That is what we are called to do. Not just go to church and sit with our friends and family, but to tell people about the Lord. Show them and tell them about the love Jesus has for them! I think this is something that can be easily forgotten. We get so busy with spouses, children, work, chores, meals...it goes on and on. We have to stop and remember to share the Good News!
I know I needed this reminder. Thank you Guy!
