This last week I was looking at some blogs that I look at pretty often. I came across this link to a nutritionist/way of life eating habits and listened to their spiel. About half way through they talk about their program and why you need to join, but the reason why you should never eat these 5 foods is pretty amazing! There was a lot of great info in the little presentation.
I was telling my mom about it, and finally found it on one of the blogs, so I thought I would post it. If you have the time, I suggest listening to it.
