I know spring in Southern Oregon means close to 70* one day and the next day is cloudy, rainy and cold, but I am so ready for a change! I am freezing right now!
Yesterday I went through my closet to actually weed out the shirts that I have had and not worn for the last 2 or 3 years. I am to a point where I actually want to get things cleaned out some and stop saving things to wear one day. If I am preggers it might fit, or smaller it might fit...blah blah blah.
I am really ready for 70* weather. Are you?
Aloha.

8 Days and Counting
So last week I was reading over one of the many blogs I follow. Sarah Mae posted a "Get Dressed Challenge" for her readers. I read what she had to say about it, and thought I would join in (not officially) for getting dressed every day. Part of what she said was "lets look lovely for our husbands, our children, and ourselves."
I am happy to report that I have actually gotten dressed these last 8 days. On Saturday I was in comfy clothes a little earlier than every other day. But, I have done it. I have to say, I kinda enjoy getting my outfit put together the night before (even earrings and maybe a ring or bracelet too), along with the boys clothes too. I don't go to town on make up, just the basics of mascara (unless an event is planned), but the dressed part helps out for the feel of the day, I think.
I have asked you before about your attire for the day, just thought I would share with you the challenge. Join in if you want!
BTW, 8 days goes by oh so fast!!! Amazing.
And on that note, I gotta go get all our clothes ready for tomorrow!
Goodnight! :)

What do you wear?
I know some of you have to wear work attire 5 days a week, so on your days off do you wear lounge clothing? People who work at home, is everyday the same for clothing?
So, I am curious about what you wear at home when you aren't going anywhere and no one will be coming over?
A: Jammies.
B: Exercise clothes.
C: Always dressed.
D: Dressed until about 3pm, then jammie time.
Looking forward to hearing about you and your choices. :)

Clarify
Thank you ladies for your feedback on my questions (more feedback is definitely welcomed!). I think I need to clarify though. My question about the kids is literally directed to you.
I am curious how others have decided how many kiddlings they have. How do you decide to have 2, or 3 and not just one more, or 4 more? Is it based on whether you have had a boy and a girl? Is it based on odd or even numbers? We have 2 (a family of 4 is perfect?) that is enough? To those parents who have 3 kids - have you noticed any odd man out? We have 1 and just want 1 more (ending in an even number)?
I know some may think this is none of my business, or a shouldn't even ask these questions, but I really am just curious how other couples decided on how large of a family they want.
Again, thank you ladies for all the wonderful advice on my questions.

Complex and kids
I have 2 very important questions for you and I really would like feedback for both. Please.
QUESTION 1:
At what point and how do you decide when to "stop" having kids? Age, finances, 1 boy, 1 girl...?
QUESTION 2:
A. Do you wear (or how do you feel about wearing) brown and black together? For example: I have a brown pair of shoe that have black soles, does that mean I can wear a black shirt or only a brown shirt?
B: Jewelry. Do you wear gold and silver together? Is that a fashion faux pas?
Looking forward to hearing about what you have to say!
Aloha.

A Question for You
To all the other moms out there: After you have had your kids, have your feet grown?
While I was pregnant with Gabe, Carson and I were on a walk and I wore my Dansko boots and noticed that my left foot was hurting. Since then I have worn my other Dansko shoes that do the same thing. My left toe hits the very front of the shoe. NOT fun! It has made me really sad.
To all future moms, be careful what shoes you buy now, because your feet might grow during your pregnancy!
Aloha.
