My mom said that she heard on KDOVE radio that for every reprimand a children gets need 5 encouragements! WOW!
I hadn't heard that before and am going to try really hard to "even" them out. Might take some getting used to, but I will try.

YEah I had learned something likte that in my communication classes, but I think they said it was to postivies for every 1 negative, I need to work harder at that too, it's tough especially on those days where I feel like all I'm doing is saying no!
